1. Opening reception and check-in
There will be an informal opening reception on Tuesday, June 9, from 15h to 20h, held in the gardens adjacent to the Mathematics Department of the Faculty of Sciences of the University of Porto (FCUP), located at Rua do Campo Alegre 687, Porto. Participants may get all of their conference materials during these hours and also enjoy complimentary drinks and snacks. A map can be found at <http://aep-math2015.spm.pt/venue>.

2. Venues
(SS and CPS) All special sessions and contributed paper sessions will take place June 10-13, from 9 to 15h20, at the Faculty of Sciences of the University of Porto (FCUP), located at Rua do Campo Alegre, 687. These will be spread out over 3 adjacent buildings:
M - the Math building, in rooms designated as Mxyy;
F - the Physics building, in rooms designated as F-1yy, being on floor -1;
Q - the Chemistry building, in rooms designated as Q0yy, on the ground floor.
(IA) All Invited Addresses will take place at the Seminário de Vilar, starting at 16h. This venue, located at Rua Arcediago Van Zeller, 50, Porto, is a 15-minute walk from the FCUP, and the conference staff will walk with the participants from FCUP to the Seminário de Vilar at 15h20, after the last session.
There is also limited space (300 seats) on hired buses leaving the Conference Bus Stop at 15h30 to Seminário de Vilar. If you require special assistance, please contact the conference staff. The Conference Bus Stop location is identified on the map in the printed program which will be given to all participants.
3. Wi-fi access
There will be two wireless networks available:
Eduroam - please have this network set up and configured with your own institutional access credentials prior to arrival. This is applicable only in case your home institution offers Eduroam.
If you do not have access to Eduroam, we have the network wifi eventos, which will be accessible with the credentials:

4. Conference app
The official app for the 2015 AMS-EMS-SPM International Meeting brings all the schedule information to your iPhone, iPad and Android smartphone or tablet - to download it and to get started, follow this link on the device where you want to install the app. Alternatively, you can visit the app store on your device (App Store or Google Play) and search under any of the following societies: AMS, EMS or SPM and Cloud Guide.
Using the app, you can build your own personalized agenda, filter sessions according to research interests and also search for exactly what you are looking for. Also, the app allows you to provide feedback by rating sessions and speakers, keeping you also informed of notifications and providing you with maps and floor plans of the venue.
5. Lunches
Self-service lunch menus will be available for purchase at the FCUP. Please note that June 10th is a national holiday, so it may be difficult to find restaurants open or with tables available on this day, therefore the organizing committee will be offering Wednesday's lunch.
6. Conference room equipment
All rooms are equipped with a blackboard, a data-show (computer projector) and a screen to project onto. Some have additional equipment (e.g. an overhead projector). Each room will also have a computer terminal. Unfortunately, sometimes the terminals do not recognize certain brands of USB pen drive (flash drive).
The computers in conference rooms are accessible to all participants via either one of the following: a Firefox browser icon or a Windows icon and no password is required.
7. Conference staff
There will be conference staff available at all times by the conference rooms to help with any issues that may arise. They will instructed as to how to troubleshoot and/or call a computer technician if one is required.
